The Cottage is a delightful country cottage getaway in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley! With a queen bedroom upstairs and twin day-bed downstairs, The Cottage is the ideal destination for a couple wanting to relax and unwind for a weekend or a week-long vacation. The cottage is part of South Court Inn Bed & Breakfast, so you will recieve all the pampering of a B & B guest, but with all the privacy and seclusion you want.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Susie Hodges Cottage may be booked as a private rental cottage without any meals or other services anytime you are looking for a great place to stay and at a discounted rate to boot. There is a 3 night minimum on all private rental cottage bookings.
Please make sure you understand that private rental cottage bookings do not include any meals or housekeeping services. You get the cottage at a discount and provide for your own needs while there.
Private Rental Cottage Rates:
Weekdays: $125 per night
Weekend: $150 per night
3 night minimum on all Private Rental Cottage reservations
The Cottage with Bed & Breakfast Option Features:
- Living room w/ 35" cable-connected TV, VCR and DVD player
- Sofa that converts to 2 single beds
- Dining table with chairs
- Private, ceramic-tiled bathroom with shower
- Queen bedroom upstairs with 20" cable-connected TV and DVD player
- 2nd story deck
- Wet-bar area with 60" whirlpool tub
- Refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, electric water kettle
- Patio with pergola and large lawn area
- Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
- Breakfast daily in the main house
- Reserved parking space in front of cottage
- There is a 2 night minimum for weekends and federal holidays.
PLEASE NOTE:
The private rental cottage may also be booked at any time without the Bed & Breakfast option.
This means breakfast is not included. Linens are provided but not changed. No other guest services are provided.
