Fall in the Shenandoah Valley
Lots of buzz is about fall in Shenandoah National Park and in The Valley. And it is pretty! It is hard to tell when is the peak. In our first few years of running the Inn middle of October was best. Last year it was really right around Halloween and even after, when we all thought the pretty fall leaf colors had skipped us one year. This summer was extremely and unusually wet. So what will that do to the brilliant leaf colors? We will see! They are not here now. Hopefully it will be later in the month like last year. Nature will just simply not be controlled by us ever, will it?
So come and enjoy what’s there to see when you get to your own personal encounter with nature.
Happy fall wherever you find it!
