- Parking:
- Our driveway is the paved driveway on the right just past the "South Court Inn" sign. You will pass by the front lawn that has a lit "South Court Inn" sign on your right followed by our paved driveway.
- Five private off-street parking spaces are provided on the premises for Inn guests. Four are by the entry walkway by the front of the house and one is by the cottage for cottage guests only. Come ring the doorbell, and we'll come greet you!
- Breakfast, Special Diet and Food Allergies: Breakfast is served at 9:00 AM. Breakfast is cook's choice. Being a small B&B, we do our best to provide a delicious 3-course breakfast for our guests. Due to limited specialty stores in the area, we are unable to accommodate Vegan, Paleo and other restrictive diets. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.
- Stay details:
- All reservations are for a minimum of two nights.
- The following weekends are 3-night minimum stays: Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.
- Weekend rates apply to all 3 days of the federal holiday weekends listed above.
- Discounts:
- Stays of 4 days or more enjoy an automatic 10% discount when booked directly through our website, and returning guests enjoy 10% off their stay.
- Any discounts available or applied are only applicable to reservations made directly on our website.
- Complimentary welcome glass of a local Virginia wine is offered for guests who arrive prior to 6 PM on arrival day!
- WiFi is available and complimentary with high speed cable, and each room receives free access to Netflix
- Children/Extra Persons: The Inn is designed as an adult getaway, minimum age of all guests is 18. The maximum occupancy for each room (entire cottage included) cannot exceed two persons. For safety reasons, we ask that you please do not bring outside guests onto the property if they do not have a reservation.
- Pets: Sorry, we cannot accept pets. We suggest you contact Mystic Pet Resort in Luray for boarding accommodations for your pet.
- Smoking: Outside the Inn only please. There is no smoking permitted inside B&B or the cottage. Smoking inside the Inn or Cottage will result in a $250 charge for smoke cleaning.
- Deposit: The first night’s room charge is taken as a deposit upon completion of the booking. The remainder of the charges including taxes will be settled at check out time.
- Payment: Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. Cash and personal checks also happily accepted.
Cancellations and changes:
- Due to limited availability which requires us to turn guests away once a room is booked, cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged for the entire stay unless we can rebook; no exceptions. Holidays and Fall Foliage Season (October 1 to November 14) cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival will be charged for the entire reservation.
- During the winter months, should we incur inclement weather that makes the roads unsafe, you may either reschedule or cancel your reservation without penalty.
- All cancellations must be received either by email (stay@southcourtinn.com) or by phone at 540-843-0980
- “No shows” (not notifying us at all) will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
- The above policies also apply to those using gift certificates.
