Summer in the Shenandoah Valley
Dear Guests!
Summer heat is here! Did you know it's about 10 degrees cooler up in Shenandoah National Park than down in The Valley? Did you consider the Shenandoah River to cool off while canoeing, kayaking or tubing, never mind taking a dip in this scenic river? The Luray caverns have a consistent temperature of 54 degrees F. How cool is that when all around you the temps are creeping up?
Especially during Corona virus times the outdoors are better places for us to recreate than the more congested areas. And the added bonus of staying at our South Court Inn is the personal attention (at a distance :) and all the extra space we offer inside as well as outside! There are porches with a view, there is the garden with seating areas, our new German Strandkorb and fire pit.
We even put up our outdoor movie projector for a movie under the stars projected onto our large horse barn (without horses) wall!
Check us out for a cooler getaway!
